Healing isn’t a finish line.

There isn’t one magical moment when everything is suddenly resolved, every question is answered, and you never have another hard day. 

But there is a point when you realize:

I’m not where I used to be.

You’ve already taken intentional steps toward healing, growth, and rebuilding.

Now, you have an opportunity to continue that journey inside a Christ-centered community created for women who are ready to keep growing—not by pretending the past didn’t happen, but by intentionally building what comes next.

A place to keep becoming.

Rise + Restore is the ongoing community experience inside Rising Stronger Academy. 

It was created for women who understand that healing after divorce is about so much more than simply “getting over” a relationship.

It’s about rediscovering yourself.

Deepening your relationship with God.

Recognizing what still needs your attention.

Celebrating how far you’ve already come.

Learning healthier ways to think, respond, choose, and move forward.

And gradually becoming the woman God is calling you to be in this next chapter of your life.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come here.

You just have to be willing to keep growing.

This isn’t a race…and you’re not behind.

Maybe there are areas of your life where you feel strong again.

And maybe there are others where you’re still figuring things out.

Both can be true.

Inside Rise + Restore, there’s no pressure to perform healing or prove that you’ve moved on.

You won’t be told to hurry up.

You won’t be expected to have all the answers.

And you don’t have to consume every resource, attend every conversation, or keep up with everyone else.

You get to grow at your own pace.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is intentional progress…with God at the center of the journey.

Faith isn’t an accessory here. 

Rise + Restore is intentionally Christ-centered.

We’ll pray.

We’ll use Scripture.

We’ll talk honestly about what it means to trust God when life doesn’t look anything like you thought it would.

We’ll explore what healing, forgiveness, wisdom, identity, boundaries, relationships, purpose, and restoration can look like through the lens of faith.

You won’t be expected to have perfect faith or perfect answers.

But you can expect God to remain at the center of what we do.

Imagine having a place to return to as life unfolds...

 When something triggers an old wound.

When you recognize how much you've grown.

When you're wrestling with a decision.

When you're learning how to trust yourself again.

When you're considering dating.

When you're establishing new boundaries.

When you're grieving something you thought you were already “over.”

When you experience a breakthrough and want somebody to celebrate with you.

Or when you simply need to be reminded:

Keep going.

That's what I want Rise + Restore to become for you.

Not another obligation.

A place to return to.

Your next chapter deserves intentionality.

You don't need to know exactly what the rest of your life looks like today.

You don't need a five-year plan.

You don't need to have completely healed from everything you've experienced.

But you can decide that whatever comes next will be built differently.

With greater awareness.

Greater wisdom.

Healthier patterns.

Stronger boundaries.

Deeper faith.

And a growing understanding of who you are now.

Rise + Restore gives you a place to keep doing that work.

One last thing...

I don't know exactly what your next chapter will look like.

But I do know that what happened before doesn't have to dictate everything that happens next.

You can heal.

You can learn.

You can rebuild.

You can laugh again.

You can dream again.

You can discover things about yourself you didn't know before.

And you can continue becoming the woman God created you to be.

You don't have to do all of that today.

And you don't have to do it alone.
